Day 14 with Cocoa
Cocoa has been with us for 14 days now. She has gained between 4-5 pounds and has a little puppy belly. Her coat is much softer and shinier now. She’s now 13 weeks old. We are still working on potty training. We took her to the vet last week for her first appointment and are just finishing up treating her for an ear infection and a couple of parasites. Cocoa’s potty training isn’t progressing as fast as we’d like, but she is making progress and doing better. We are also working on crate training her. She is doing well with the crate training. Cocoa loves chewing on sticks in the yard. She also likes chewing on fabric and paper and apparently my hair and clothes. Ranger plays well with her as long as he doesn’t have to share his treats or food with her. He’s pretty stingy with those. He does share toys though. I’m looking forward to them being able to play together outside in the bigger yard once she grows a bit more and is stronger. She has an appointment for her...
